KW St. Croix Pale Ale 4.8% | 32 IBU

Also known as our APA (American Pale Ale).

Hops: Cascade, and Centennial.

Notes: Pine, and grapefruit aromas coming from the hops and a bit of toffee from the crystal malt on the nose.

With a mild bitter finish, and dark in colour.

KW Oatmeal Citrus Pale Ale 5.2% | 18 IBU

Hops: Lemondrop

Notes: Lemony citrus aroma coming from both the hop and zested lemons. The oatmeal helps add a bit of a creamy texture to the beer. Light straw colour, with little to no bitterness.

KW American IPA 6.6% | 56 IBU

Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, and Comet.

Notes: Pine, resin, and floral aromas coming from the hops and a light toffee aroma from the crystal malt. Light golden colour with a nice medium bitter finish.

KW New England IPA 6.7% | 30 IBU

Hops: Citra, Comet, and Simcoe.
Notes: Grapefruits and citrus aroma making it have an orange juice like finish. Low in bitterness, light in colour.

KW Oatmeal Stout 5.9% | 26 IBU

Hops: Northern Brewer, and Fuggles.

Notes: Earthy aroma coming from the hops and chocolate, and roasty flavours coming from the malt. Very dark in colour, with a mild bitterness.

KW Amber 5.2% | 25 IBU

Hopes: Cascade

Notes: Minor floral and grapefruit on the nose from the hops with a heavy toffee aroma from the crystal malt. Dark amber colour with a light bitter finish.

KW Sunny Corner Kolsch 4.8% | 17 IBU

Hops: Hallertau Blanc

Notes: Floral and light fruity aromas from the hops and a light straw flavour from the pilsner malt. Very light straw colour with little to no bitterness. This is a German Ale that has been lagered, not pilsner.
